We’re investing in Castro Village to create an even better experience for our community. The first phase of the project is underway and includes replacing previously existing retail buildings with a new retail building, along with improvements to the surrounding area, including a realigned drive aisle, additional parking, updated sidewalks near Castro Village Bowl, and a new outdoor seating area.

Castro Village Bowl will remain open throughout construction.

Customers may notice temporary impacts to parking, sidewalks, and the drive aisle during different stages of construction. We appreciate your patience as we work to complete these improvements with as little disruption as possible.

Phase 1 Estimated Completion: Spring 2027

A second phase of the project will include improvements to the Castro Village Bowl façade and additional enhancements to the surrounding area. More details and timing for Phase 2 will be shared as plans are finalized.
